6. Availability of materials and schedule <br /> 7. Requirements for inspections, testing, certifications, governing regulations, and insurance <br /> B. Pre-Construction Conference: Before beginning work, a pre-application conference will be held <br /> at the job site. Those required to attend will be the Roofing Contractor, Roofing Consultant, <br /> Sheet Metal Contractor, and any applicable subcontractors. An Owner Representative may also <br /> be present. Contractor will coordinate date with Owner's Representative and all parties required <br /> to attend. <br /> 1.05 FINAL INSPECTION: <br /> A. Upon completion of work specified herein, a final roof inspection shall be performed. Those <br /> required to attend will be Roofing Contractor, Roofing Consultant, manufacturer's <br /> representative, and any applicable subcontractors. Any discrepancies or incomplete work shall <br /> be documented in a "punch list" which shall be issued to the Contractor. A follow-up inspection <br /> shall be conducted, if needed. <br /> B.
