Substitution limitations. <br /> 1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Section 01 1000 - Summary: Lists of products to be removed from existing building. <br /> B. Section 01 3000 -Administrative Requirements <br /> 1.03 PRODUCT WARRANTIES <br /> A. Manufacturer's disclaimers and limitations on product warranties do not relieve Contractor of <br /> obligations under requirements of the Contract Documents. Such disclaimers and limitations <br /> will not be acknowledged by Owner. <br /> B. Warranties: <br /> 1. The following is a list of intended warranties to be submitted by the Contractor. It is <br /> intended as a quick reference; however, the Contractor is responsible for meeting the <br /> requirements for warranties listed in individual specification sections. <br /> a. TPO Roof System and accessories; Base Bid - two (2)years from date of <br /> Substantial Completion. Labor and Material, no dollar limit(NDL). Non pro-rated. <br /> b. TPO Roof System and accessories, Base Bid -thirty (30) years from the date of <br /> Substantial Completion. Material only. Non pro-rated. <br /> c. TPO Roof System and accessories; 5-year Contractor's workmanship guarantee. <br /> 1.04 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Proposed Products List: Submit list of major products proposed for use, with name of <br /> manufacturer, trade name, and model number of each product. <br /> 1. Submit within 15 days after date of Agreement. <br /> 2. For products specified only by reference standards, list applicable reference standards. <br /> B. Product Data Submittals: Submit manufacturer's standard published data. Mark each copy to <br /> identify applicable products, models, options, and other data. Supplement manufacturers' <br /> standard data to provide information specific to this Project. <br /> C. Shop Drawing Submittals: Prepared specifically for this Project; indicate utility and electrical <br /> characteristics, utility connection requirements, and location of utility outlets for service for <br /> functional equipment and appliances. <br /> D. Sample Submittals: Illustrate functional and aesthetic characteristics of the product, with <br /> integral parts and attachment devices. Coordinate sample submittals for interfacing work. <br /> 1. For selection from standard finishes, submit samples of the full range of the <br /> manufacturer's standard colors, textures, and patterns. <br /> PART 2 PRODUCTS <br /> 2.01 EXISTING PRODUCTS <br /> A.
