B. Contractor's Warranty: Upon completion of the work under this section, the contractor shall <br /> warrant and certify on the form provided within the construction documents, that the membrane <br /> roofing system executed under this section will be water-tight and will be free from defects in <br /> materials and workmanship for a period of five (5)years from date of acceptance of the project, <br /> and that the contractor, at his/her own expense, will repair and/or replace all such defective <br /> work; and further, that he/she will assume full responsibility for repair and/or replacement of all <br /> other work which may become damaged as a result of such defective work during the warranty <br /> period. The Roof Warranty shall be signed by an officer of the Roofing Company. <br /> C. Contractor shall verify with the roofing manufacturer for their requirements on acceptable <br /> substrates, products, and application procedures. <br /> 1.11 WORK SEQUENCE: <br /> A. Schedule and execute work to prevent leaks and excessive traffic on completed roof sections. <br /> Care should be exercised to provide protection for the interior of the building and to ensure <br /> water does not flow beneath any completed sections of the membrane system. <br /> B.
