Shop Fabrication Drawings: Drawings are for the Contractor's use and shall be its <br />responsibility. Do not submit shop fabrication documents unless specifically requested. <br />H. Testing and Balancing: Coordinate Shop Drawings to include any additional components <br />for proper system testing and balancing. <br />I. Certificates: Submit final inspection certificates signed by governing authorities. <br />J. Operating and Maintenance Instructions and Manuals. <br />1. Instructions on major items, including but not limited to: switchgear, generators, <br />pumps, air compressors, water heaters, water softeners, specialty units, fans, air <br />handlers, AC units and temperature controls, shall be by representative of <br />manufacturer of respective equipment. <br />2. Submit as identified below and as directed in Division 01. <br />Names, addresses and phone numbers of contractors and subcontractors. <br />Alphabetical list of all system components, with the name, address, and <br />24-hour phone number of the company responsible for servicing each item <br />during the first year of operation. <br />Complete operating and maintenance instructions and parts lists of all <br />equipment and component parts. Data sheets to show complete internal <br />wiring, and electrical ratings and characteristics, catalog data on <br />component parts whether furnished by equipment manufacturer or others, <br />names, addresses and telephone numbers of source of supply for parts <br />subject to wear or failure, and description of operating, test, adjustment, <br />and maintenance procedures. <br />1) <br />Where data sheets included in manual cover equipment, options, <br />or other features not part of equipment actually furnished, line out <br />these references or otherwise clearly mark so remaining text, <br />diagrams, drawings, schedules, and similar information shall <br />apply specifically to equipment furnished. <br />C. Operating Instructions should include, but not be limited to: <br />1) <br />Normal starting, operational and shutdown procedures, including <br />emergency procedures for each type of equipment/system. <br />2) <br />Equipment wiring diagrams. <br />3) <br />All other items as may be specified/required by this Section and <br />the Contract Documents. <br />d. Maintenance Instructions: All items as may be specified/required by this <br />Section and the Contract Documents. <br />e. Manufacturers Data (each piece of equipment): <br />1) <br />Installation instructions. <br />2) <br />Drawings and specifications. <br />3) <br />Parts List, including recommended stock and long lead <br />parts/components. <br />4) <br />Wiring and riser diagrams. <br />5) <br />Warranties and guarantees for all equipment, materials and <br />components, including repair, replacement and labor from both <br />Contractor and manufacturer as required by the Contract <br />Documents. <br />6) <br />Certificates of Installation — manufacturer's certification of <br />supervision during equipment installation and start-up <br />procedures. <br />BASIC ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS 2601 00 - 6 <br />
