Multiple <br /> comments have not been completely addressed and require additional action before a permit can <br /> be issued. These comments address building issues only. The comments are itemized for <br /> consistency with the original review letter. Additional revisions or additions may be required by <br /> other departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code <br /> (EMC), the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), the 2018 International Existing Building Code <br /> (IEBC), 2018 the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and the 2018 International Mechanical <br /> Code (IMC). Additional reference standards are listed in IBC Chapter 35. Amendments to the <br /> adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into <br /> the referenced code citations. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br /> submitted to the Building Division for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations. <br /> Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted codes.
