Contact the Public Works <br /> stormwater reviewer for help with choosing the values for use in this <br /> determination. <br /> 0 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #1 <br /> Existing Conditions <br /> • Provide a narrative discussion of existing site conditions. <br /> • Attach the site survey showing existing conditions. <br /> • Include a drainage map/figure showing existing conditions, drainage patterns, and <br /> threshold discharge area (TDA) boundaries. <br /> • Attach the geotechnical report. Key information to include: <br /> • Characterize site soils <br /> • Pilot infiltration test results <br /> • Depth to the seasonal high ground water or hydraulic restricting layer <br /> • Address potential impacts from shallow lateral flow (interflow) from infiltrating <br /> BMPs <br /> • Address setback requirements and analyze potential impacts to steep slopes <br /> and retaining walls. (Review the setback requirements for BMPs in the Manual <br /> and in the DCSS.) <br /> Note: Some site information may be available on the Map Everett Online Map <br /> Viewer or the City's Digital Records Center (see "Address Search").
