Element 2: Establish Construction Access (2.1.2) <br /> List and describe BMPs: <br /> BMP C105 Stabilized Construction Entrance/Exit: A stabilized construction entrance/exit will be <br /> installed at the connection to 351"Avenue NE. <br /> BMP C107 Construction Road/Parking Area Stabilization: The access roads and parking areas <br /> will be graded to subgrade and then stabilized with the base layer of rock in the applicable <br /> paving section. <br /> Installation Schedules: The construction entrance/exit will be graded and installed after the <br /> clearing limits are marked and the initial clearing is completed. Stabilization of the roadway will <br /> occur after road subgrade is graded. <br /> Inspection and Maintenance plan: Follow the maintenance standards listed under the BMP's in <br /> the drainage manual. If the exit does not keep sediment from being tracked onto the street, <br /> repair the entrance or change methods under the direction of the CESCL. Implement street <br /> sweeping to remove sediment from off-site streets. <br /> Responsible Staff: CESCL and contractor. <br />
