Pursuant to Everett Municipal Code (EMC) <br /> 19.37.090(C), the wetland was classified under the Washington State Wetland Rating System for <br /> Western Washington: 2014 Update. Wetland A is classified as a Category III wetland with total <br /> score of 18 points and a low habitat score of 5 points.
