Pursuant to Everett Municipal Code (EMC) <br /> 19.37.090(C), the wetland was classified under the Washington State Wetland Rating System for <br /> Western Washington: 2014 Update. Wetland A is classified as a Category III wetland with total <br /> score of 18 points and a low habitat score of 5 points. Pursuant to EMC 19.37.110, Table 37.3, <br /> Category III wetlands with low habitat scores require 80-foot standard buffers or 60-foot reduced <br /> buffers. <br /> Table 1 —Wetland Information Summary <br /> Wetland HGM Class Classification Total Habitat Buffer <br /> Score Score <br /> A Depressional Category III 18 5 80'/60' <br /> The on-site stream originates approximately 1,000 feet north of the site, flowing south. It travels <br /> through several riparian wetlands within developments to the north. Stream A is classified as a <br /> Type Ns stream as it is an intermittent stream with no fish use.
