Plans submitted for building permit shall show that the exposed firewalls along the south property line and alley will feature material, color and/or textural changes to add visual interest to the wall. 29. In order to meet BMU zoning standards for a prominent entry, the plans submitted for building permit shall provide details for at least one element each from Groups A, B and C to be implemented. 30. Plans submitted for building permit shall identify which method for providing seasonal color per the BMU guidelines will be used and details for implementation. 31. Plans submitted for building permit shall include appropriate details to the north 53 feet of the Broadway Avenue first floor façade needed to avoid creating a blank wall effect. 32. The sidewalk paving material and pattern shall be continued across the 32nd Street driveway. 33. Details of outdoor public spaces furnishings shall be provided with building permit submittal. 34. School Mitigation Fees shall be paid at the time of building permit issuance. The amount due will be determined by the fee in effect at the time of permit issuance.
