What is the tallest height of any proposed structure(s), not including antennas; what is <br />the principal exterior building material(s) proposed? <br />The tallest height of the building is approximately 24 feet with the principal <br />exterior building materials being painted metal panels and painted precast <br />concrete panels. <br />b. What views in the immediate vicinity would be altered or obstructed? <br />Views from the west looking east down onto the site will be altered in that with <br />full development of the site, there will be buildings, pavement, and truck <br />operations where currently there is an open grass field. <br />e.
