(Lead agencies may modify this form to include additional specific information on project <br />description.) <br />KW EVT, LLC proposes to develop a cross -dock freight handling facility on a 16.5 <br />acre site that is part of the Riverside Business Park in Everett, Washington. A <br />cross -dock facility receives incoming freight from regional carriers and <br />redistributes the freight to other trucks bound for regional destinations or to <br />trucks that will make local deliveries. All freight is transferred immediately from <br />one truck to another with no freight being stored onsite. The 8th Street Cross - <br />dock Facility is comprised of the following elements: <br />• A 30,660 SF 64-door freight -handling service center, <br />• A 7,919 square foot 16-door service center expansion area including a <br />3,364 square foot vehicle maintenance bay, <br />• 189 pup (shorter trailer) parking spaces, <br />• 44 van (longer trailer) parking spaces, <br />• 72 tractor (truck only) parking spaces, <br />• 8 doubles (truck with two trailers) parking spaces, <br />• 116 employee parking spaces, <br />• 7 visitor parking spaces, <br />• A 5,151 square foot office. <br />12.
