Once the mock migration is completed, the City will be required to review converted images/files <br /> and document corrections needed. As necessary corrections are found, they will be submitted to <br /> the CJS Project Manager and conversion team. Corrections may also be required for the source <br /> data. These corrections are the responsibility of the City. <br /> CJS has included 1/2 service day to support the mock migration. <br /> Final Implementation/Run: <br /> A final migration will happen when all agreed upon images / files are migrated to the City's <br /> production environment. <br /> City resources must be available to validate the images/files the day prior to go-live and formally <br /> approve them for go-live.
