Figure 2: Location of'project site relative to nearby streams. <br />1.2 TYPE OF DEVELOPMENT <br />The applicant is proposing four new industrial manufacturing buildings with associated parking, <br />access road, stormwater system, and utilities. <br />1.3 SIZE OF THE PROJECT <br />The subject site is 39.45 acres in size. Approximately 33.52 acres will be developed with the <br />remaining 5.96 acres being a steep slope in the southwestern corner of the property that is not <br />currently proposed for development. <br />1.4 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />Construction will begin upon receipt of all applicable permits and approvals.
