Operating Test: <br />24. Hydrant Test- Each hydrant shall be fully opened and closed under system water <br />pressure. <br />25. Dry Hydrant Drainage - Dry barrel hydrants shall be checked for proper drainage. <br />26. Control Valves - All control valves shall be fully closed and opened under system <br />water pressure to ensure proper operation. <br />27.
