If the Health Officer determines that testing is required to identify the <br /> waste, the generator shall be responsible for such analysis. <br /> If the Health Officer determines that the waste is not a dangerous waste under Chapter <br /> 176=303 WAC Dangerous Waste Regulations,but still poses a threat to human health or <br /> the environment,the Health Officer shall regulated the material as solid waste. As such, <br /> the Health Officer shall direct the generator,transporter,property owner or business <br /> operator to dispose or treat the material at specified site or in a manner specified by the <br /> Health Officer. <br /> Please refer to the letter from the Snohomish Health District dated June 15,2011. <br /> 2. Written consent must be secured from Puget Sound Energy for any work within or <br /> affecting the natural gas line easement. Written consent can be secured through PSE's <br /> Real Estate Representative Faye Ryan at(360)766-5455, or e-mail faye.ryan@pse.com. <br /> MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA: <br /> The applicant must comply with all conditions listed on the Mitigated Determination of Non- <br /> Significance dated May 22, 2006. In addition,the following SEPA condition shall apply: <br /> 1. The Applicant shall conduct monitoring of fill settlement as it relates to the 8"high <br /> pressure natural gas pipeline on the site. Puget Sound Energy, which owns the pipeline <br /> and maintains an easement within the site,has requested installation of settlement plates <br /> along the toe of the fill slope which would extend parallel to the easement. The <br /> Applicant should contact Jim Walker at PSE, at(425)462-3810,to coordinate settlement <br /> monitoring.
