10. If the proposed fill is intended to support structures at a later date,the fill shall be placed in <br /> accordance with Appendix J.of the International Building Code. Should the applicant not <br /> wish to construct a fill intended to support a structure at a later date,the applicant will be <br /> required to submit a letter to the City so stating. The letter will be recorded against the <br /> property. <br /> 11. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If <br /> reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems,the ground must be covered <br /> with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 12. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 4 <br />
