Proposed measures to reduce or control housing impacts, if any: <br />None are proposed. <br />10. AESTHETICS <br />a. What is the tallest height of any proposed structure(s), not including antennas; <br />what is the principal exterior building material(s) proposed? <br />The height to the top of the roof top equipment screen will be tallest height of any <br />proposed structure and is anticipated to be 30' above the base elevation. The <br />principal proposed exterior building material is brick with metal panel accents and <br />glazing, see Figure 5 — SEPA Elevations. <br />b. What views in the immediate vicinity would be altered or obstructed? <br />Views would be altered for the single family homes in the vicinity. No additional <br />obstructed views would occur. <br />c. Proposed measures to reduce or control aesthetic impacts, if any: <br />The parking area would be landscaped in accordance with the EMC and the <br />Integrated Master Plan. There is an existing landscape buffer (35-feet) that would be <br />retained or replaced along the residential perimeter (north, east and south sides). <br />11. LIGHT AND GLARE <br />a. What type of light or glare will the proposal produce? What time of day would <br />it mainly occur? <br />The only external lighting proposed would be from security lights, which would be <br />shielded so as to not allow light to spill onto neighboring properties. Building <br />mounted signage is illuminated and is shown on the south elevations; see Figure 5 — <br />SEPA Elevations.
