Landscaping shall be consistent with the landscape plan approved as part of the landscape <br />modification (illustration dated 8/28/13 and plant schedule dated 10/15/12). Prior to issuance of any <br />permits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and approved by the Planning Department per Section <br />35.100 of the Zoning Code. The landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of required <br />vegetated swales, wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2 foot <br />intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the <br />Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device must be provided for the landscaping per <br />Section 35.13013 of the Zoning Code. <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br />The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed development. <br />However, the existing District facilities in the local area may require upgrading. Cost of any work, <br />new or upgrade, to existing facilities that is required to connect this proposed development to the <br />District electric system shall be in accordance with the applicable District policy. The development <br />will be required to supply the District with suitable locations/easements upon their property for any <br />underground electrical facilities that must be installed to serve the proposed development.
