EVALUATION FOR <br />AGENCY USE ONLY <br />The site has not been used as working farmlands or forest lands. <br />1) Will the proposal affect or be affected by surrounding working farm or <br />forest land normal business operations, such as oversize equipment access, the <br />application of pesticides, tilling, and harvesting? If so, how: <br />There are no nearby farms or forest land areas; therefore the proposal would no <br />impact these uses. <br />c. Describe any structures on the site. <br />The only structure is the Central Utility Plant, which is located on the west side of <br />the site. <br />d. Will any structures be demolished? If so, what? <br />No structures would be demolished. <br />e. What is the current zoning classification of the site? <br />The site is currently zoned R-2-I (Single Family Medium Density with an <br />Instructional Overlay). The institutional overlay zone specifically allows for the <br />expansion of hospitals through the City's master plan review process. An integrated <br />master plan has been adopted. This proposal is being considered under Review <br />Process II, which requires approval by the Planning Director. <br />f. What is the current comprehensive plan designation of the site? <br />The site is designated Instructional 2.4 (Hospitals). <br />g. If applicable, what is the current shoreline master program designation of the <br />site? <br />Not applicable. <br />h. Has any part of the site been classified as a critical area by the city or county? <br />If so, specify. <br />No portion of the site has been classified as environmentally sensitive. <br />i. Approximately how many people would reside or work in the completed <br />project? <br />No persons would reside on the property. The site would be used as a parking lot <br />and a medical office building.
