Transportation Impact Analysis Providence Regional Medical Center New Medical Clinic Building and Parking Lot Reconfiguration April 2016 • There is a significant elevation difference between the ECC Property and 12th Street. Provision of access via 12th Street could impact the alley adjacent to the property depending on the final design. With the elevation difference between the site and 12th Street, access would require ramping down to the site. If access was designed to avoid off-site impacts to the alley, utilities and pavement, the ramp down to the site via 12th Street would have an 8 percent grade and be approximately 150-feet in length. In addition, portion of the current proposal would be impacted by the driveway access and updated design plans would need to consider relocating some of the proposed parking stalls at the access, reconfiguring the proposed clinic's drop-off and front door access, and rerouting utility connections. 20
