r <br /> 11. If the proposed fill is intended to support structures at a later date, the fill shall be placed in <br /> accordance with Appendix J of the International Building Code. Should the applicant not wish <br /> to construct a fill intended to support a structure at a later date, the applicant will be required to <br /> submit a letter to the City so stating. The letter will be recorded against the property. <br /> 12. Soil compaction testing shall be performed throughout the construction of the public street and <br /> utilities. Density curves shall be submitted to the Public Works Department prior to permits <br /> being issued for any aspect of the project. All work performed by the geotechnical engineer or <br /> testing lab shall be reported directly to the City Public Works Inspector before covering work <br /> can be continued by the contractor. Daily reports shall be kept by the soils investigator/tester <br /> and submitted to the Public Works Inspector within 24 hours. <br /> 13. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If <br /> reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered with <br /> mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 14. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 15. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval the <br /> permit. <br />
