2025 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE OVERLAY SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />PW# 3830 <br /> SP-71 March 26, 2025 <br /> <br /> 1 <br />The unit Contract price per ton for “HMA Cl. ___ PG ___”, “HMA for Approach Cl. 2 <br />___ PG ___”, “HMA for Preleveling Cl. ___ PG ___”, “HMA for Pavement Repair Cl. 3 <br />___ PG ___”, and “Commercial HMA” shall be full compensation for all costs, 4 <br />including anti-stripping additive, incurred to carry out the requirements of Section 5-5 <br />04 except for those costs included in other items which are included in this 6 <br />Subsection and which are included in the Proposal. 7 <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br />“Pavement Repair Excavation Incl. Haul”, per square yard. 10 <br /> 11 <br />The unit Contract price per square yard for “Pavement Repair Excavation Incl. Haul” 12 <br />shall be full payment for all costs incurred to perform the Work described in Section 13 <br />5-04.3(4) with the exception, however, that all costs involved in the placement of 14 <br />HMA shall be included in the unit Contract price per ton for “HMA for Pavement 15 <br />Repair Cl. ___ PG ___”, per ton. 16 <br /> 17 <br />“Asphalt for Prime Coat”, per ton. 18 <br /> 19 <br />The unit Contract price per ton for “Asphalt for Prime Coat” shall be full payment for 20 <br />all costs incurred to obtain, provide and install the material in accordance with 21 <br />Section 5-04.3(4). 22 <br /> 23 <br />“Prime Coat Agg.”, per cubic yard, or per ton. 24 <br /> 25 <br />The unit Contract price per cubic yard or per ton for “Prime Coat Agg.” shall be full 26 <br />pay for furnishing, loading, and hauling aggregate to the place of deposit and 27 <br />spreading the aggregate in the quantities required by the Engineer. 28 <br /> 29 <br />“Planing Bituminous Pavement ***(2” Deep)***”, per square yard. 30 <br /> 31 <br />The unit Contract price per square yard for “Planing Bituminous Pavement” shall be 32 <br />full payment for all costs incurred to perform the Work described in Section 5-33 <br />04.3(14). 34 <br /> 35 <br />“Job Mix Compliance Price Adjustment”, by calculation. 36 <br /> 37 <br />“Job Mix Compliance Price Adjustment” will be calculated and paid for as described 38 <br />in Section 5-04.3(9)C6. 39 <br /> 40 <br />“Compaction Price Adjustment”, by calculation. 41 <br /> 42 <br />“Compaction Price Adjustment” will be calculated and paid for as described in 43 <br />Section 5-04.3(10)D3. 44 <br /> 45 <br />“Roadway Core”, per each. 46
