Please provide a narrative showing the proposed building <br />permit applications are consistent with the approved drainage <br />plan. For instance: <br />• Is the total impervious area for each lot consistent with <br />the approved drainage plan for the short plat? <br />• The driveway for each lot shall be permeable pavement <br />per the approved short plat. Please confirm and show/call <br />out on the site plan and include pavement detail. <br />• Lot#3 roof run off shall discharge to a bioretention cell <br />with curtain per the approved plan.
