Attachment A <br /> <br />May 7, 2025 Everett Transit College Plug-In Bus Charger Page | 2 <br /> <br /> <br />Task 3 – Construction Bid Documents (Final/Bid Level) <br />David Evans and Associates, Inc. shall provide construction specifications and bid drawings <br />for the construction and installation of the plug-in bus charger. These documents will be <br />used by Everett Transit to bid out the work necessary for the installation of the bus charger. <br />Task 3 Deliverables – <br />• Construction bid documents (stamped/signed) <br />• Construction and installation scope of work <br />• Drawings, schematics, etc. necessary for construction <br /> <br />Task 4 – Construction Management <br />David Evans and Associates, Inc. shall provide construction management during <br />construction of this project. The following are expected: <br />• Participate in construction contractor selection process: <br />• Attend two (2) meetings as requested and required as part of the process. <br />• Perform two (2) onsite visits during construction management <br />• Change order management <br />• Project closeout and document transfer <br />Task 4 Deliverables – <br />• Equipment Submittal Review <br />• Change Order Review <br />• Final punch list <br />• As-Built Drawings <br />• O&M Manuals review <br /> <br />Meetings <br />The tasks above include the following meetings: <br />1. Task 2: One site and one virtual meeting (2 mtgs) <br />2. Task 3: One site and one virtual meeting (2 mtgs) <br />3. Task 4: Two site and two virtual meetings (4 mtgs) <br />Compensation <br />Compensation for the Services will be on a time and materials basis per the Rate Schedule <br />(Attachment C). In addition to the Rate Schedule, the fee is subject to a not-to-exceed amount <br />of $78,440.33. The not-to-exceed amount may be modified by an addendum to the Agreement. <br />See Attachment D for Estimate for Engineering Services. <br />If DEA’s Scope of Services identifies a particular level of effort in terms of maximum number of <br />hours for a particular task, DEA does not commit to complete that task but only to provide the <br />stated number of hours in furtherance of such task. If the specified number of hours is not <br />sufficient to complete such a task, DEA and the Client agree to renegotiate DEA’s level of effort <br />(number of hours), fee, scope and/or schedule.
