All Construction Materials used in the project. This means that all manufacturing 43 <br />processes for the construction material occurred in the United States. 44 <br /> 45 <br />An article, material, or supply will be classified in one of four categories: 1) Iron or Steel 46 <br />Product, 2) Manufactured Product, 3) Construction Material, or 4) Excluded Material.
