2025 FEDERAL OVERLAY, W MUKILTEO BLVD – GLENWOOD AVE TO DOGWOOD DR <br /> PAGE SP55 OF SP123 SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />WORK ORDER #3842 April 15, 2025 FEDERAL AID# NHPP-2776(011) <br />The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer a completed Monthly Retainage Report 1 <br />(WSDOT Form 272-065) within 15 calendar days after receipt of every monthly progress 2 <br />payment until every subcontractor and lower tier subcontractor’s retainage has been 3 <br />released. 4 <br /> 5 <br />The Contractor's records pertaining to the requirements of this Special Provision shall be 6 <br />open to inspection or audit by representatives of the Contracting Agency during the life of 7 <br />the contract and for a period of not less than three years after the date of acceptance of 8 <br />the contract.
