If you determine this application is incomplete, please notify us by 08/26/19. Under 47 C.F.R. § 1.6003, the "Shot Clock" <br />for incomplete applications resets if notice of incompleteness is provided to the applicant within ten days of submittal. If <br />an application is deemed incomplete a second time, the shot clock does not reset; instead, it is tolled, and then after <br />resubmittal, it continues to run until a decision is made. <br />Our goal is to work with you to obtain approval of these permits without delay.
