The recommendation from page 10 of the Radio Frequency <br />Emissions Compliance Report states that notice is required 3' <br />below the antenna, however the callouts on this sheet say signs <br />must be placed 2' below the antenna. Please clarify which <br />distance is to be used. <br />8 <br />Valmont <br />1. Please make the information shown on the A series sheets <br />shop <br />corroborate with the pole shop drawings, and the work being <br />drawing <br />done on the ILand TS sheets. Comments 2-7 explicitly deal with <br />making sure no conflicting information is being shown in <br />different sheet series. <br />2. The existing pole has a 30' luminaire mounting height as <br />shown in the A series sheets, however the Valmont pole shop <br />drawing is calling for a luminaire mounting height of 35'. Please <br />submit complete Valmont pole and luminaire arm shop drawings <br />for a pole with 30' luminaire mounting height. <br />3. There is cabinet enclosure information (festoon box) shown in <br />the A series sheets A3 and A4 as well on sheet RF2 that are not <br />shown in the Valmont pole and luminaire arm shop drawings and <br />a note on this sheet asking for festoon box information if it is <br />required. Please submit complete Valmont pole shop drawing <br />that show the enclosure information shown on these sheets. <br />4. There is a cabinet enclosure mounted at 16' shown on sheets <br />A3 and A4.
