Please show these <br />vaults or junctions boxes on sheets IL1 and TS1 to ensure there <br />are no conflicts in this work area and verify whether additional <br />frontage improvements are required. <br />3. Please show the sidewalk hatch patterns, landscaping and <br />utility runs show on sheets Al and A2 to make sure there are no <br />conflicts in this work area. <br />4. Please add the 200' to stop bar call out info to this sheet to <br />inform the distance for the sidewalk restoration length. <br />5. Please add the sentence "PUD Power Source." to the <br />beginning of C note 4. <br />6. Please add the following sentence to the end of C note 7 <br />Install Type 2 Junction box with load bearing ring and slip <br />resistant lid and splice new illumination circuit to existing pole <br />with new breakaway fuser holders. At existing pole locate pole <br />base conduit stub out and extend conduit into 2 type junction <br />box."
