Please
Revised.
Traffic
resubmit shop drawings from either Valmont or a City approved
Engineering
pole manufacturer.
Comment
New Comment:
New Response:
There is a reference to a "Valmont Structures Structural Design
Report for 30' Metal Pole dated 6/3/2019 added as an addendum
to this drawing package" on sheet T-1, but is not included in the
plan set. Please either remove this reference to outdated plans
and/or update the reference and include the new shop drawings
from a City -approved pole manufacturer as previously asked for.
Note that sheets A-3 & A-4 still have reference to the Western UT
pole, which is not acceptable.
A City of Everett approved small cell pole design is still required
before a permit can be issued because this is a 1st of its kind
pole. Please submit pole shop drawings (as you previously did)
from an Everett approved pole manufacturer for review and
approval before your permit can be issued. Any pole
manufacturer that is pre -approved by WSDOT is an approved
City of Everett pole manufacturer. Please state in your response
who the new pole manufacturer is and include those plans.
