Sheets 1-6 of the Verizon/MGC Plans correctly show <br />Works <br />surveyed utilities and existing features such as sidewalk hatch <br />New Response: <br />Comment <br />patterns, landscaping, curb ramps, etc. However, sheets A-1, A - <br />(Civil Plans) <br />2, A-2.1 of the AT&T/Mastec/LETS plans do not show any <br />surveyed utilities, curb ramps, sidewalk or intersection features. <br />The City cannot perform a review of new infrastructure to be <br />installed if the existing features are not shown in the <br />background/basemap of the plans as one of the main <br />components we are reviewing for is conflicts with existing utilities. <br />Please make updates to all plan sets for consistency in <br />background detail and submit all plan sets as one construction <br />package for re -review and permit issuance. <br />New Comment: <br />• Your response says revised, however we do not see any of <br />the above required revisions in any of the plan sets that were <br />submitted. Please further explain how this has been revised <br />and specifically which sheets now show the restoration, curb <br />ramps, existing utilities, etc. as referenced above. <br />• On sheet A-1, either show the same limits of sidewalk <br />restoration on this plan sheet as called out on IL-1/T-1 or in <br />Notes at bottom left of sheet, make a reference to the <br />sidewalk restoration limits to be installed as shown on sheets <br />IL-1/T-1. The plan sets must be consistent and either match <br />or work together to tell the contractor what design to follow. <br />• There are now missing sheets in the plan set that were <br />previously included but were not turned in with this plan set. <br />Those sheets were Sheets 1-6 of the Verizon/MGC plans and <br />included all of the surveyed utilities we need to see to verify <br />no utility conflicts as well as conduit routing and traffic control <br />plans. If those plans are no longer up to date, please include <br />that type of information either on Sheet A-1 or on Sheets IL- <br />1/T-1 so the City can adequately review the proposed routing <br />as it relates to existing underground utilities, surface <br />restoration, and the necessary traffic control needed on this <br />project.
