General. An applicant may propose and the planning director, using the review process described in 7 <br />Chapter 15.02 EMC, may allow an applicant to deviate from the development standards of this chapter, 8 <br />provided the proposal satfsfies the general evaluatfon criteria in Chapter 15.03 EMC. 9 <br />B. Standards That May Be Modified. The following standards in this chapter may be modified: 10 <br />1. Building form standards; 11 <br />2. Structured parking; 12 <br />3.
