An adult retail business shall not be located or maintained within the area designated by the 2 <br />map set forth in Map 13-1. 3 <br />C. An adult retail business shall not be located within one thousand feet of any other adult 4 <br />retail use establishment or any adult use business. 5 <br />Map 13-1: Adult Retail Stores Prohibited 6 <br /> 7 <br />19.13.050, ADULT USE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS 8 <br />An “adult use business” as deflned by this title shall be permitted within the city limits only if it 9 <br />meets all of the locational requirements set forth in this section. 10 <br />A. Adult use businesses shall be prohibited within one thousand feet of: 11 <br />1. Any area of the city zoned for residential purposes; residential zones shall include 12 <br />the R-S, R-1, R-2, R-2(A), UR3 and UR4 zones NR-C, NR, UR4, UR7, and any other 13 <br />residential zone hereafter adopted by the city. 14 <br />2. Any religious facility or place of worship. For purposes of this section, land uses for 15 <br />which the principal use is not a religious facility or place of worship but which include 16 <br />such a use as an accessory or incidental use to the principal use, such as a chapel within 17 <br />a hospital, a social service use which provides religious services such as the Everett 18 <br />Gospel Mission, or other similar arrangement, shall not be deemed to be a religious 19 <br />facility or place of worship. 20 <br />3.
