Any public park or playground operated by the city; for purposes of this section, bike 3 <br />paths, trails, waterways and boat launches shall not be deemed to be a public park. 4 <br />5. Any designated community development block grant neighborhood. 5 <br />B. Adult use businesses shall be prohibited from locating within flve hundred feet of: 6 <br />1. Any other adult use business. 7 <br />2. Any existing establishment selling alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises. 8 <br />C. Distances provided for herein shall be measured by following a straight line, without regard 9 <br />to intervening buildings, from the nearest point of the property parcel upon which the 10 <br />proposed adult use business is or is to be located, to the nearest point of the parcel of property 11 <br />or the zoning district boundary line from which the proposed adult use business is or is to be 12 <br />separated. 13 <br />D. Nothing within locational requirements set forth in this chapter shall preclude an adult use 14 <br />business from conducting more than one adult use activity within a single structure; provided, 15 <br />the adult use business shall comply with provisions of this title and all other city ordinances. 16 <br />E. In the event an adult use business is legally established in accordance with the 17 <br />requirements of this title and does not constitute a nonconforming use as deflned in 18 <br />subsection (B) of this section, and a sensitive land use described in subsections (A)(2) through 19 <br />(A)(3) of this section locates within the required separation distance, the zoning conformity of 20 <br />the legally established adult use shall not be affected. 21 <br />F. Adult use businesses, panoram premises and public places of adult entertainment shall not 22 <br />be permitted within the area deflned in Map 13-1. 23 <br />19.13.060, AIRFIELDS, FLOAT PLANE FACILITIES, LANDING FACILITIES AND SPECIAL AVIATION 24 <br />USES 25 <br />A. General Provisions. 26 <br />1. All such facilities which are proposed shall be reviewed using Review Process IIIA. 27 <br />2. Public or private airflelds, airports and fioat plane facilities shall be developed in 28 <br />accordance with Federal Aviation Administration requirements. 29 <br />3. Public or private airflelds, airports and seaplane facilities shall be designed and 30 <br />constructed in a manner which has the least noise impact on surrounding properties, 31 <br />especially areas developed with or designated for residential use. 32 <br />4. Public or private airflelds, airports and fioat plane facilities shall be located so as to 33 <br />avoid safety hazards and minimize noise impacts, particularly on residential land uses. 34
