The proposed project shall be consistent with all regulatfons and requirements in 1 <br />EMC Titles 14 and 16, the design and constructfon standards and specificatfons, and other adopted plans 2 <br />and policies, including the following: 3 <br />1. Adequate water supply to city standards; 4 <br />2. Adequate sewage disposal to city standards; 5 <br />3. Appropriate surface water management to city standards; 6 <br />4. Adequate fire protectfon and hydrants to city standards; 7 <br />5. Appropriate vehicular and nonmotorized access designed to meet city standards for 8 <br />antfcipated uses within the project; 9 <br />6. Provisions for all appropriate deeds, dedicatfons, and all other easements; 10 <br />7. Provisions made for access to and maintenance of all common facilitfes; and 11 <br />8. Transportatfon systems for both motorized and nonmotorized travel modes, including: 12 <br />streets, alleys, sidewalks, transit stops, bike lanes, and safe pedestrian routes to schools and 13 <br />schoolgrounds. This includes connectfons to existfng and planned facilitfes; 14 <br />I. Existing Public Services. The proposed project shall be designed to not adversely impact the following 15 <br />public services: 16 <br />1. Police; 17 <br />2. Fire; 18 <br />3. Parks; and 19 <br />4. Schools; 20 <br />J. Floodplain. The proposed project and design shall meet the requirements of this tftle and flood 21 <br />damage preventfon requirements in Chapter 19.30 EMC; 22 <br />K. Landscaping Standards. The proposed project and design shall meet the landscaping standards as 23 <br />established in Chapter 19.35 EMC. 24 <br />CHAPTER 19.26 LAND DIVISION DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS 25 <br />19.26.010 APPLICABILITY. 26 <br />Unless otherwise indicated in each sectfon below, these standards apply to all divisions of land in the 27 <br />city, including subdivision, short subdivision, unit lot subdivision and alteratfon or vacatfon. Also refer to 28 <br />Chapter 19.06 EMC, Lots, Setbacks and Residentfal Densitfes, and Chapter 19.08 EMC, Neighborhood 29 <br />Residentfal Uses and Development Standards. 30
