<br />communication of reasonable and achievable targets, that are well <br />understood and clearly communicated. <br />Our approach aligns to Community Risk Assessment: Standards of <br />Cover 6th Edition, where a SOC is defined as “Those written <br />policies and procedures that establish the distribution and <br />concentration of fixed and mobile resources of an organization”. <br />We believe in bringing a lens of education and openness that <br />makes these types of documents easy to understand for less <br />technical audiences. <br />Our analytical platform and software also provides an opportunity <br />to install a “living SOC’ where leadership as well as other <br />stakeholders can see the commitment to standards and how well <br />organizations are lining up to those. We’ve found using this <br />software creates a level of cooperation and coordination between <br />the different stakeholder groups that fosters innovation. <br />Work Plan <br />Our methodology combines rigorous data analysis with collaborative <br />stakeholder engagement to develop evidence-based, actionable <br />recommendations.
