Include the sources of information, <br />how the information will be acquired, and the format in <br />which you will collect the information. <br />Stakeholder Engagement Strategy <br />While we prefer to let the data tell the stories, we recognize no data <br />is without interpretation. Our approach to this project centers on <br />creating a strong, validated data set that is supplemented by a <br />robust and inclusive stakeholder engagement process that ensures <br />all voices are heard and incorporated. <br />For elected officials, our engagement strategy includes: <br />● A facilitated workshop with the Mayor, key administrative <br />leadership, and Council to encourage dialogue and feedback <br />on preliminary findings and align the CRA/SOC with broader <br />city strategic goals. <br />● Opportunity for one-on-one interviews with select City <br />Council members to understand their perspectives on <br />community priorities, concerns, and expectations for fire <br />service <br />For community stakeholders, we implement a multi-faceted <br />approach: <br />● Intake of previous survey information and community input <br />that has been collected <br />● Survey distribution through existing city communication <br />channels to gather broad community input on service <br />expectations <br />● Targeted focus groups with neighborhood associations, <br />business organizations, vulnerable population advocates, <br />30
