Acre Short Plat Stormwater Site Plan <br /> SECTION 1 - PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> This Stormwater Site Plan (SSP) is provided to describe the Stormwater conditions and proposed drainage <br /> improvements for the Acre Short Plat project.The project proposes to develop an existing parcel into three <br /> individual single family lots within the City of Everett (COE).The storm drainage standards for the project are <br /> established by the 2010 City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual (COESWMM). Per the flow chart <br /> provided as Figure 2.1 of the COESWMM, because the project proposes to add 5,000 sf or more of new <br /> impervious surfaces,Minimum Requirements (MRs) #1 through #9 apply to this project. An excerpt of this flow <br /> chart is provided in Appendix B. The COESWMM specifies seven core sections that must be included in the <br /> Stormwater Site Plan (SSP) for projects that must comply with MRs 1 through 5. This report is provided to <br /> identify the applicable storm drainage standards and to summarize the analyses and design provisions <br /> proposed for the project to comply with city surface water standards. The information provided within this SSP <br /> represents the basis of design for the storm drainage systems and surface water conditions for the project. <br /> The project site is located within the city limits of the City of Everett.The vicinity map provided below as <br /> Figure 1 illustrates the general location of the subject property. It is located south of East Mukilteo Boulevard, <br /> just east of Forest Park in Everett,Washington (SC tax parcel no. 00605501500600).
