7.1.5 Wiring <br /> All wiring was found to be UL listed or recognized type MTW/THHN <br /> or equivalent. <br /> 7.1.6 Equipment Discrepancies <br /> The following discrepancies were observed during the evaluation of <br /> the equipment listed in Section 5.0. <br /> .01 Discrepancies <br /> The following discrepancies were noted during the <br /> preliminary inspection: <br /> • Fuse replacement lists are missing in some of the <br /> equipment panels. <br /> • The conductors that remain hot when the disconnect <br /> is turned off on the former require orange markings <br /> and a warning marking needs to be installed. <br /> • On the rails a grommet is required to protect some of <br /> the wiring against physical damage. <br /> • Flame information is required on the air hose. <br /> • Information on the Cable installed on the rails is <br /> required. <br /> Actions: The discrepancies shall be corrected, and <br /> information forwarded as required. <br /> References: Specific sections of the standards and <br /> code used in this evaluation can be <br /> forwarded upon request. <br /> Corrected: The items were corrected, and documents <br /> reviewed. <br /> Reference No.: 1107995 Page 6 <br />
