(Coffman) on your design-build team for the <br />AquaSox Stadium project. Our intention is to provide engineering services and document <br />production in support of your construction efforts. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The AquaSox Stadium project will construct a new baseball stadium for the Everett AquaSox in <br />downtown Everett, Washington. The new stadium is anticipated to have a new baseball field, <br />interior concessions, and back of house support space for facility operations. The project will be <br />performed in two parts, the first phase will take the design to a 100% Design Development (DD) <br />level of detail for GMP pricing. The second will take the design to a 100% Construction Document <br />(CD) level of design and construct the facility. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />The anticipated schedule and quantity of required submittals is as follows: <br />Schematic Design <br />50% Design Development <br />100% Design Development <br />50% Construction Documents <br />100% Construction Documents <br /> <br />The 100% Design Development package is anticipated to be issued the first week of September <br />8, 2025. The Construction Document phase is anticipated to last no longer than six months. <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />The attached Coffman's General Terms and Conditions will serve as our contract for services in <br />conjunction with this proposal.
