Coffman will receive mechanical, food service, plumbing, and low-voltage system <br />coordination drawings three weeks prior to the 100%CD set, and two weeks prior to the IFC <br />set. These drawings will show all required equipment that needs an electrical connection. <br />Each piece of equipment will have a voltage and load (Amps, kW, or kVA) indicated. <br />17. Significant schedule changes, major electrical system standard revisions and/or changes <br />which may require completed work to be revised shall be considered as changes in the <br />Scope of Work. <br />18. Refer to Attachment A for the level of design anticipated to be included in the 100% Design <br />Development/GMP milestone. <br />19. Security, Fire Alarm and AV system design will be by others. Coffman will coordinate <br />infrastructure support to the extent necessary. <br />20. Changes to other disciplines drawings and Owner changes that impact the electrical design <br />drawings after the IFC set will be additional services. <br />21. All construction cost estimates, construction scheduling and planning/provisions for <br />temporary electrical building support systems during construction are excluded from this <br />proposal. <br />22. All involvement with Commissioning is excluded. <br />23. Work with the utility to obtain potential energy rebates and/or subsidies for energy <br />conservation will be provided by others. <br />24. Design of temporary power for construction is excluded from this proposal. <br />FEE <br />Our compensation for providing the Scope of Work and Construction Administration Services for <br />the electrical design of this project will be a lump sum of One Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand <br />Dollars ($198,000). This fee will be billed monthly based on a percentage of the project <br />completed. The following is a breakdown of our fee: <br />Design Development: $99,000 <br />Construction Documents: $59,400 <br />Construction Administration: $39,600 <br />Total $198,000 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />Reimbursable expenses as defined in Coffman’s General Terms and Conditions will be billed at <br />actual cost-plus ten percent.
