16 <br />Progressive Design Build Contract <br /> <br /> <br /> Article 10 <br />Representatives of the Parties <br />10.1 Owner’s Representatives. <br /> <br />10.1.1 Owner designates the individual listed below as its Senior Representative (“Owner’s Senior <br />Representative”), which individual has the authority and responsibility for avoiding and resolving <br />disputes under Section 10.7.2 of the General Conditions to the extent permitted by the Legal <br />Requirements: <br /> <br />Scott Pattison, City of Everett. <br /> <br /> <br />10.1.2 Owner designates the individual listed below as its Owner’s Representative, which <br />individual has the authority and responsibility set forth in Section 3.3 of the General Conditions to <br />the extent permitted by the Legal Requirements: <br /> <br />Ethan Bernau, SOJ. <br />10.2 Design-Builder’s Representatives. <br /> <br />10.2.1 Design-Builder designates the individual listed in the table in Section 10.3 below as its <br />Senior Representative ("Design-Builder’s Senior Representative"), which individual has the <br />authority and responsibility for avoiding and resolving disputes under Section 10.7.2 of the General <br />Conditions. <br /> <br />10.2.2 Design-Builder designates the individual listed in the table in Section 10.3 below as its <br />Design-Builder’s Representative, which individual has the authority and responsibility set forth in <br />Section 2.1.1 of the General Conditions. <br /> <br />10.3 Key Personnel. Design-Builder has been selected for this Project based on not only its <br />qualifications as a corporate entity, but also upon the basis of the qualifications of the key personnel it <br />intends to employ to perform the Work. Design-Builder agrees to provide all professional personnel <br />necessary, at adequate staffing levels, to perform the required services under this Contract, including the <br />key personnel identified below:
