The civil <br />narrative section will cover the following items: <br />· Site Description <br />· Applicable Codes <br />· Site Demolition <br />· Construction Stormwater <br />· Vehicular site circulation <br />· Mass Grading <br />· Proposed Utilities <br />· Existing Utility Reroutes <br />· Storm Drainage Mitigation <br /> <br />We will also attend weekly coordination meetings with the design build team and explore <br />options for site layout with DLR. <br /> <br />DESIGN DEVELOPMENT/GMP <br /> <br />We will prepare civil engineering plans and draft technical specifications for the design-build <br />team to use in developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the City of Everett. We <br />recommend an early site demolition permit set will be prepared during DD to facilitate site <br />preparation construction activities.
