PROJECT SUMMARY <br />Bayley Construction (WA) / MiLB: Everett Aqua Sox Ballpark <br />DLR Group will provide the following: <br />The XGD Studio at DLR Group will develop and produce wayfinding + signage design for the Everett Aqua Sox Ballpark in <br />Everett, Washington. DLR Group will provide a bid package that will be supplied to a fabricator to be used for bidding and as <br />their basis of design. Selected fabricator will be responsible for creating their own shop drawings to build from. <br />DLR Group will provide two (2) initial design concepts for consideration. Two (2) rounds of revisions for the selected design <br />option are included in our estimate. Requested revisions that are greater than the two (2) stated rounds will potentially be <br />considered additional services and billed at an hourly rate of $235. <br />Project Deliverables: <br />• DLR Group will create two (2) design options. <br />• DLR Group will provide a bid package for fabricators to provide pricing. <br />• DLR Group will review fabricator shop drawings, samples, and attend an on-site punch list after install in complete. <br />Design Services: <br />Any mutually-agreed Additional or Supplemental Services beyond the scope of the specific Basic Services will be performed <br />upon written notice from the Owner. Additional Services will be compensated on the basis of the hourly rates of all <br />personnel engaged on the Project, plus Reimbursable Charges as defined under Compensation. <br />Potential Sign Types + Experiential Graphics Locations: <br />Based on our studio’s historical data these are the potential sign types that will need to be addressed for this current <br />design exercise. <br /> <br />MILB: EVERETT AQUA SOX BALLPARK WAYFINDING + SIGNAGE DESIGN PROPOSAL <br />1.
