Andy West <br />WJ HW Proposal –Everett Mul tipurpose Stadium <br />April 2 , 2 025 <br />Page 4 of 11 <br />WJHW, Inc. <br />Designers and Planners for Sound, Video, Security, <br />Telecommunication, Broadcast, Theatre & Acoustics <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES BY DISCIPLINE <br />Bowl Sound, Back of House AV and TV Systems <br />· Design sound, AV, and large format display for systems in areas in accordance with the <br />accepted program and budget. <br />· Analyze the configurations that have the greatest potential to meet the performance and <br />functional requirements of the spaces within the budget allowed. <br />· Utilize the performance of other facilities sound and AV systems as a programming baseline <br />and describe what will be necessary (both technically and in terms of cost) to meet or <br />improve upon the quality of typical systems. <br />· As is typical, final engineering of structural attachments of the AV components to the building <br />structure will be specified to be performed by the speaker installers’ structural engineer of <br />record in concert with review by the project structural engineer. <br />· Develop design criteria and programming for the IPTV System serving TV sets/monitors <br />throughout the project. We will coordinate our efforts with the tel/data design regarding data <br />network and cabling requirements which will be shown on the structured cabling drawings. <br />· Provide specifications for TVs and Brackets that will list the appropriate product types and <br />features but do not include quantification of the individual subsystems and mounting <br />condition specifics. <br />o We do not include a schedule of all the TV sets, their sizes, mounting conditions, etc., as <br />this is anticipated to be the responsibility of the architect’s interior design team. We <br />will coordinate with this information and assist in the selection of TV sets and brackets. <br />LED Display Systems <br />· Assist Owner and Architect in the design, documentation, bidding, and review of the <br />scoreboard/LED displays systems (interior and exterior). <br />· Provide analysis as to the appropriate location and number of auxiliary or ribbon/fascia <br />displays, sightlines and any off axis viewing problems. <br />· Upon agreed upon sizes, locations, and configuration, assist in preparing a technical Request <br />for Proposal which outlines the scope of the project, technical specifications, and performance. <br />The RFP will include information to construct a bid list which provides Owner /operator the <br />benefit of unit pricing and alternates so that all construction options can be fully explored. <br />· Included in this work are sport timing systems. <br />· WJHW’s work is limited to creation of the technical RFP and does not include the design and <br />documentation of support structure and architectural metalwork (i.e., enclosures) or <br />preparation of General Conditions and other specification and general contract items and <br />information. <br /> <br />Design-Build Contract for Everett Outdoor Events Center <br />Exhibit C - Phase 1A Work and Fee Proposal
