Andy West <br />WJ HW Proposal –Everett Mul tipurpose Stadium <br />April 2 , 2 025 <br />Page 5 of 11 <br />WJHW, Inc. <br />Designers and Planners for Sound, Video, Security, <br />Telecommunication, Broadcast, Theatre & Acoustics <br /> <br />In-House Video Production System <br />· Analysis of the needs of Owner /operator’s production staff, along with a review of the options <br />(HDR, 4K, IP, etc.) for accomplishing the goals of the staff within the construction and operational <br />budget for the project. <br />· Anticipating a typical system in support of the seating bowl video displays, provide a design <br />and documentation package to allow the video production and equipment system to be <br />designed in its entirety, and bid separately (if desired) from the remainder of the building <br />packages. <br />· Coordinate space requirements with architect, MEP designer, Owner/operator. <br />· Design work for a facility which is capable of extensive non-game day production, broadcast <br />origination, studio equipment and acoustical design is not included in this base scope of work. <br />WJHW’s fee is based on the total systems design budget for a 4K SMPTE 2110 video replay <br />system not exceeding $2 million USD. <br />Broadcast Cabling System <br />Our base scope includes reviewing, determining the project requirements for and documenting: <br />· Camera and broadcast positions and space required to accommodate broadcast and in- <br />house production cameras. <br />· Pathways and infrastructure for designed and future permanent cabling. <br />· TV truck parking location, access, space, power. <br />· Cabling in support of broadcast, official’s replay, player tracking, video coaching, etc. <br />· These systems will be designed to allow the most convenient access possible for broadcaster <br />and facility operations. <br />Acoustics and Noise Control <br />We will provide design criteria for partitions, room acoustics and MEP systems noise control. When <br />design documents are available, we will complete a review of and specific recommendations for: <br />· Club, Suite and other back of house areas acoustical treatment <br />· HVAC noise control in the sensitive areas listed above. <br />· Partitions surrounding noise sensitive areas (such as private offices, conference/meeting <br />rooms) and noisy spaces such as mechanical rooms. <br />· Our work will include coordination with the architect on assessing and recommending finish <br />materials and partition details in order to best integrate the acoustical requirements into the <br />architectural and budgetary design constraints. <br />· Our recommendations for construction methods, materials and/or details to control noise and <br />vibration will be provided to the MEP engineers for incorporation into their documents. <br />Design-Build Contract for Everett Outdoor Events Center <br />Exhibit C - Phase 1A Work and Fee Proposal
