<br />· These systems will be specified in accordance with the Owner and authorities’ life safety and
<br />building access practices for all equipment, software, and configuration.
<br />· Design system and equipment specifications, one-line diagrams and details as appropriate.
<br />· Document the required integration into the Project Design for a fully functional system and
<br />program, e.g., coordination of all door hardware, etc.
<br />FEES
<br />We propose to perform the design efforts described in this proposal for the fixed fees shown below
<br />exclusive of reimbursable expenses. This fee indicates a level of professional service which is consistent
<br />with our past work on similarly sized facilities. Any consulting and or design activities we are asked to
<br />perform which are not listed in this proposal will be considered an additional service and fee.
