If 34 <br />more pieces of equipment than personnel are proposed, describe the 35 <br />sequencing of the personnel operating the types of equipment. Discuss the 36 <br />continuance of operator personnel for each type of equipment as it relates to 37 <br />meeting Specification requirements. 38 <br /> 39 <br />c. Number of JMFs to be placed, and if more than one JMF is used, how the 40 <br />Contractor will ensure different JMFs are distinguished, how pavers and how 41 <br />MTVs are distinguished, and how pavers and MTVs are cleaned so that one 42 <br />JMF does not adversely influence the other JMF. 43 <br /> 44 <br />d. Description of contingency plans for that day’s operations such as equipment 45 <br />breakdown, rain out, and supplier shutdown of operations. 46
