2025 FEDERAL OVERLAY, BROADWAY – CALIFORNIA ST TO 18TH ST SPECIAL PROVISIONS FEDERAL AID# STBGUL-2715(012); COE PW# 3841 SP-106 May 6, 2025 The video detection sensor and TI BPL2 EDGE card shall have internal surge 1 suppression. 2 3 The BPL2 EDGE board shall have separate light emitting diodes (LEDs) that 4 indicate: 5 6 POWER LED to verify power and reboot TI board 7 POWER LED to verify sensor power and reboot sensors 8 PIM Dual color status LED for PIM Connection 9 OUTPUT Status LED if the corresponding detection group is active 10 INPUT Status LED if the corresponding detection group is active 11 8 BPL Sensors Dual color LED Status 12 RJ45 The TI BPL2 EDGE card has 2 RJ45 connectors 13 (10/100Mbit/s auto switching) 14 USB 2 USB ports for connection to 4 I/O USB 15 expansion boards 16 17 18 The 4 I/O USB Expansion board shall also have separate LEDs that indicate: 19 20 POWER Power LED 21 OUTPUT LED to indicate Output Status 22 INPUT LED to indicate Input Status 23 Rotary Rotary Switch that defines output numbers 24 25 Event Log Database 26 27 The thermal traffic detector system shall store an onboard database capable 28 of time stamping and storing 500 events. The Event Log Database can be 29 viewed or downloaded as a comma separated value (csv) file and Extensible 30 Markup Language (xml) file. Erasure of the Event Log Database shall not alter 31 programmed configurations. As a minimum, the thermal traffic detector shall 32 log and time stamp the following events: 33 34 · Firmware upgrade 35 · Loss of signal 36 · Resumption of signal 37 · Configuration change 38 · Bad thermal quality 39 · Loss of power to thermal traffic sensor 40 · Resumption of power to thermal traffic sensor 41 · Recall activated 42 43 Video System Communications Module 44 45
