Panera Bread Stormwater Management Report Everett,WA The following new development and redevelopment shall also comply with Minimum Requirements#7 through#9 for the new impervious surfaces and the converted pervious surfaces: • Creates or adds 5,000 square feet or more of new impervious surfaces, (NO) • Converts 3/4 acres, or more, of native vegetation to lawn or landscaped areas, or (NO) • Converts 2.5 acres, or more, of native vegetation to pasture. (NO) This project is exempt from Minimum Requirements#7 through#9 2.1.2 Additional Requirements for Redevelopment Sites For redevelopment projects that disturb an acre or more of land, or that are part of a larger common plan of development or sale that disturbs an acre or more of land,the following additional requirements apply: • Redevelopment projects shall comply with all the Minimum Requirements for the new and replaced impervious surfaces if the total of the new plus replaced impervious surface is 5,000 square feet or more and the valuation of the proposed improvements— including interior improvements—exceeds 50%of the assessed value of the existing site improvements. This project does not disturb more than 1 acre of land and is not part of a larger common plan of development,therefore NO addition requirements apply.
